Just walked in to find DD vomiting in her sleep

Not really sure there's an issue but I'm a little concerned as it just didn't seem to bother her. It was clearly just phlegm accumulated overnight and she's perfectly well in herself so I'm not worried about that.
But I'm concerned about the sleep-vomiting. She's past 10 months and quite capable of changing position in bed, but she didn't. Any bright ideas? Or am I just being a bit PFB; after all, she dealt with it...

I have no useful advice really, but If it were me Id be worried too. Can you get hold of your health visitor or GP? Was it definitely vomiting and not just a runny cough? IYSWIM?

Was this a one-off? If so, I'd brush it off as one of those things tbh.

I wouldn't think anything of it except to groan at the extra laundry.
