Molar pain in 3 year old. Any dentists out there can advise?

My 3 year old dd, 3 and 4months, is still growing her lower jaw back molars. They cause her mild/bothersome pain every day. This has been going on for a few months now.
Is this normal? She tells me every day that they hurt. Calpol helps but I don't want to be giving her Calpol every day for months and months.
The molars are slightly erupted but don't really seem to be pushing through.
Her top jaw molars have come down ok.
Any information would be appreciated.

have you taken her to the dentist? she could have a cavity! or the gum at the back could be swollen a bit and she keeps biting on it making it swell. Really a dentist needs to see her. hth

thanks, I took her about 3 weeks ago. No holes. The dentist said to give calpol. But still I'm worrying.
