DD due 2nd immunisations today- snuffling and coughing though?

Should I still take her?

She doesnt appear to have a temp- but quite congested and coughing.

She is 15 weeks.

I've always been told it's only a no of they've got a temp, otherwise they'd never get any children immunised!
