22 month old DS vomiting all day Sunday, nothing Monday, then vomited again today...

He has cold hands and feet but no fever. No rash. No diarrhea. He's eating and drinking (but then most of it comes back up). He has wet nappies but not as wet as they usually are. He's happy and playing but seems a bit more tired than usual.

I can't think why he was fine yesterday and started again today? Dr Google has me in a flap about meningitis because of his cold hands and feet.

How is he this morning Coffee?

The sickness came back again because he started eating and drinking again.

I would take him to the GP.

Ds2 has been ill like this before, vomiting then ok then sick again couple of days later etc. he had a uti each time he had these symptoms so might be worth getting a sample checked.

I'm sure that the recommendation is that if d&v persevere for more then 48 hours, then to seek medical advice.
