I don't have any jam. What else can i give her that won't make her feel worse?

Thank.

Marmite or just a smear of butter.

AmeliaToppingLovesShopping · 02/12/2013 11:23

No butter at all, or fatty substance of any kind, as my GP told me the fat irritates the lining of the stomach.

lilyaldrin · 02/12/2013 11:31

I'd stick with dry toast for now.

AmeliaToppingLovesShopping · 02/12/2013 11:39

Oops she has had it now, fingers crossed!

I would have gone with butter too

Tuhlulah · 02/12/2013 16:00

Yes, I did go with buttered toast, and also salt and vinegar crisps too, because that was all DS could eat and actually fancied. So, lots of toast and butter and upset tummy later, my GP explained that fats should be avoided when you have an upset tummy, etc.

We live and learn.
