10 month old has a red spotty rash, what could it be?

My 10 month old has a red spotty rash all over her body. She has had the rash for 3 days.
She is fine a part from the rash. I have gone through her food and she has had nothing new that I can think of. She is still bf and I can't think of anything I have eaten which is new.
I haven't changed washing powder or Bath soap.
She has 2 older siblings, 5 & 3 yrs old. They are fine
What could it be?

some viruses can do that, mild allergies, too (contact, can strike at any time with no previous history). 3 days is a long time, though. I might phone doctor to ask about if they would examine her in person.

Does it blanch? Probably viral but i would get her checked out tomorrow.

It sounds like a viral rash dd2 is seemingly quite prone to them. If she hasn't had it before I would deffo get it checked out.

It might be slap cheek. Going to get her checked out tomorrow. Poor little girl.
