Hi there I wonder if anyone can help, my dd is 3 weeks old and is purely breast fed, I don't think she has colic as it doesn't fit with the symptoms, tbh I think it's trapped wind as it's difficult to get up sometimes and she suffers from hiccups a lot I was just wandering weather infacol would still help :-)

I always thought colic was caused by trapped wind. Infacol or dentinox drops should help if there is trapped wind, it may make your lo sick as they bring the wind up though if the milk is above the trapped air IYSWIM.

Do you wind her regularly? It can sometimes take a while to get a burp up in little ones. How do you wind her? If you put your hand under neck and stretch her up (but shes still sitting on you) and rub her back up wards or rock side to side. Leg cycling and tummy massage can help with any pain or constipation. Try infacol, we went through bottles of the stuff.
