12 week jabs and possible reactions to them

Hi everyone, I'm very new to this so sorry to be a pain, but I was just a bit concerned as my DD had her 12 week jabs yesterday and she was fine, bit sleepier than usual but apart from that pretty much the same as every day.
Then this morning when I was changing her and opened her nappy she had a wee and it was rather dark yellow. The nurse did say that rota b jab may upset her tummy a bit and she did have slightly runnier poo yesterday but then yellow pee really concerned me this morning as that never happened before nor did it happen afte the first time she had rota b at 8 weeks.

She is EBF so I have been offering her feeds often because of runny poo to keep her well hydrated and she has always had a steady weight gain and is well within 91st centile.

Now, is the yellow urine something I should be concerned about as everywhere I read about it, it says it should be clear or light yellow and like I said it is the first time she produced such wee?

I will welcome any opinion or advise, thank you ladies.

Darker yellow wee indicates she is not as well hydrated as she could be. Upping feeds would probably help with this.
