My 12 year old daughter is having terrible stomach pain for 3 weeks now and has been off school for 2 weeks. She had the same thing in July and was admitted to hospital with appendicitis twice but was sent home. The
Pain is in her upper abdomen but radiates into her back, lower abdomen and sides. She can't eat as she feels full and has lost over a stone in the last 3 weeks. The doctors and I are at a loss but after googling, I have found functional dyspepsia and wonder if it could be that? Does anyone have any experience of it in children?
