sudden onset sore throat, nausea and abdominal pain.

Dd is 10 and went for a sleep over last night. She fell asleep on the sofa this afternoon for about 3 hours then woke up ok. About half an hour later sudden tummy pain and sore throat that made her cry. She has no temperature but feels sick
Other maybe relevant info is that she is taking anti biotics for a uti although when I rang for the results on wednesday they were clear so not sure if that means she has a uti and may have nothing to do with the new symptoms today.
Does anyone know what causes sore throat and tummy pain please?

Tummy ache could well be glands up fighting an infection (vital or bacterial)
