Hi! My 10 month old DS has had very loose nappies since Friday.. They are mucosy and yellow 
, and explosive! He's cutting a molar, so I think it's probably that - although his nappies are not normally bad when cutting teeth but this is first molar. Just wondering if I should see gp? He's ok in himself, has woke up crying In night with teeth & tummy ache/farts which smell awful 
.
