12 week injections and the heat

I'm probably worrying unnecessarily, but my DS has his 2nd lot of injections on Friday.

He is very unsettled at the moment and not sleeping well, especially since it's been so warm. He wasn't himself for several days after his first lot.

The temperatures are set to be nearing the 30s on Friday and over the weekend and I'm really worried about him being off colour and possibly getting a temperature in this weather.

Am I being silly? Could I put them back a week or two?

This hot weather is a pain with babies isn't it.

My DD was grumpy after the first lot of injections but had no reaction at all to second or third. It is impossible to tell whether its down to the injections or something else.

I don't think it is anything to worry about and I really don't think you should put the immunisations off unless he is actually unwell, in which case you should definitely postpone them as they will not work.

You can give him calpol if needed of course. Good luck!

Definitely don't postpone. What do you think happens to babies in hot countries?

Sorry if that was a bit harsh
