DS (13) just came into kitchen and speaking very very fast

Taken him a few weeks to say, he's not hit puberty yet, so his bits are still child like , iykwim.

He say there are a couple of lumps, on one side only and they feel not hard, not soft sort of sqidgy.

Any ideas, should I take him to GP?

YES!!! Make an appointment first thing Monday! Am sure its nothing but at least it'll put his mind at rest

congratulate him on checking and for telling you. then down to the GP to get it checked out. well done him.

I hope my boys are that sensible at that age and would be able to tell me. Get him checked over, just to be safe.

I am so impressed that he came and told you. Whatever the result, do make a point of telling how great that was.

Could he have swollen glands? If he was battling something like glandular fever, his groin glands may be swollen.
