Is there anything natural
to help the sore throat or get her to stop coughing as I think that's making it worse

(I have caught it too and it is very sore but i don't have a cough so i think she's only coughing as her throat is hurting)

Run a really hot shower, and sit nearby on the floor - a lovely GP once added helpfully to take some toys with you! - so she can breathe in the steam?

Agree with steam. You can also boil a kettle with the lif off. Obviously in a safe place where she can't reach it.

Keep up with regular doses of Calpol as that will help with the pain. I also agree with steam.

I know you're not supposed to give honey to tiny children but a little bit of honey if you're having a coughing fit does wonders to soothe the throat and stop or at least calm down and reduce the coughing.

Ds1 (8) hates honey - but he's been unwell with a nasty cough this week an he's been asking for honey. He was having a really bad coughing fit earlier today- less than half a teaspoon of honey later and he's hardly coughed at all the last couple of hours.

Might have to wait a couple of months until she can have it but worth remembering when she is old enough for honey!
