Best sanitary towels for first period

Lilets do teen pads. DD uses these. They are small and discreet. DD has a light flow, so don't know how good they would be for a heavier period. Boots also do a teen range.

Lillets do a "teen" starter pack (got ours from Boots) that includes different towels as well as aplicator & non aplicator tampons. Contains good little booklet. Comes in a nice little zip up bag/purse (like a make up bag) with no branding or anything on once you've taken the cardboard label off. We took the tampons out (kept to try in future)? Put a spare pair of pants in and it goes everywhere (school bag, sleepovers) until needed.

The teen ones are great, DD2 uses them, she's 11. They aren't as wide so are more comfy.
