Twin babies with D&V - what to feed them?

Both babies have come down with a D&V virus. They're 9.5mo, 6.5 corrected. One is worse than the other, who hasn't vomited much. Neither of them will touch the anti-diarrhoea salts the paediatrician prescribed, but they are drinking rehydration salts, and just took a bottle of lactose-free milk. I'm expecting it to reemerge in one form or another imminently... Anyway, ideas for what to feed them please. They are on purées. I heard the BRAT diet was no longer recommended. Thanks very much!

In your case I would continue with milk. 6.5 mths (corrected) is too young to do anything ear I would think. However! I'm not a health professional. Calling OOH might be a good call.

if they are taking solid foods then starchy foods are normally best e.g. toast, pasta, rice, potato, etc
