My son started off with 1 red bump on side of face, turned into 3 the next day. Now, he has 7 including one on his neck. They are not dark red but are visible of course. I don't think they bother him unless I mess with them. They are very small and pretty flat, I just have no idea what they are and need to know what's going on! Could it be that summer is hitting in Tennessee with a combination of mosquitoes? But he isn't itching......so please help!
