10 month old with yellow runny poop (tmi alert!)

I'm sure this is due to teething but just wanted some reassurance from the wise ladies of mums net! My 10 month old has had the most disgusting yellow runny poos for the last couple of days. They stink vile and He's also got a really red bum which is clearly bothering him. He's constantly chewing something so I'm sure it's teething related Nd nothing nastier? Thanks

Bumping in the hope someone has some thoughts or words of wisdom for me. Should I have him to the docs or is it just teeth? Thanks!

Sounds like teething,if he's eating,,drinking normally

Thanks that's what I thought, seems happy in himself and eating fine, just being paranoid first time mummy!
