Ring worm...how long to see an improvement/difference with prescription cream ??

On cream from GP now for 2 weeks ..he said 2 weeks should see it fade and still use it for 1 week after

We (ds) have used it and it does not seem to be any better...3 inch by 3 inch on his thigh.

Keep going ..or go back for different cream?

I know ring worm is is tricky to treat ..but how long do I leave it?

I have no idea but my son had a 2 inch circle on his leg that did not respond to treatment. He was sent to a dermatologist and it turned out that it was not ringworm but discoid eczema.

Thanks timidviper....I will look up that ...his patch is where he had his excema ??..I was treating it as exema for ages a while before GP ....

Off to google !!
