Techniques to relieve wind in 3 week old DS

Please help!! Any techniques on easing the pain of trapped wind in my little boy he's really suffering and I've tried all positions for trying to get up wind so any new suggestions would be really appreciated!

Try a drop of Infacol just before each feed, worked wonders for all my 3 from 2 weeks on ... Or try a technique my friend just taught me where you support baby's chin with one hand to straighten the neck then sit them on your lap and rock gently forwards and backwards... Keep his bum still - you're aiming to slightly squash then stretch his little belly. Works within minutes. It does get easier!

I used to hold my DD facing forward and sort of push, v gently, up under her ribs, it always helped.

Sugared water always helped too, but thats probably frowned upon!
