Hello, my DD has been having runny nose for almost 3 months now. She had it for 2 months, then it stopped for 2 weeks and now it's back again. She has trouble going to sleep now and constantly woken up in the middle of the night. She does not have any other symptoms. Do you guys have any tips for me to stop her misery? Does a vapouriser work?

Is she on formula? Any cats or dogs?

She may be intolerant to cows milk or wheat or something else. Or her adenoids are currently a bit on the big side for her.

I'd personally remove cows milk for a week and see if there's any improvement. Then I'd reintroduce yoghurt and hard cheeses and see what happens.

Hi yes I was going to suggest dairy intolerance. However you'd have to stop the formula too.
