Brown discharge in toddler nappy, at front?

24mo DS hasn't been all that well this weekend - being sick and he had diarrhoea on Friday. He's a bit better now, asking for breakfast today.

When I changed his overnight nappy this morning there was a pale brown patch at the front, so obviously from his penis rather than his bum. The nappy had urine in it, but no poo.

Is this something we should be seeing a GP about?

Blood in ursine would be my guess. Try and get a sample and get it tested.
