Bouncing for you

DD1 was around 2.5yrs when hers were done. She was groggy for about half an hour after she woke up and a bit tearful at that point, then she woke up a bit more and started eating (ate both of our packed lunches that I had taken in!). After that she was up and about into the play area, happy as pie and none the worse for her ordeal. We had to stay there for I think around 4hrs after she woke up just to make sure all was ok. We never looked back. It was a while ago and I guess I gave her some calpol that night but we really didn't have any concerns with her.

My DD having this op next week too! We've been told we'll be in over night. I'm expecting to use pain meds for a few days. I'm sure she'll be bit miserable upon coming round but hopefully it will all be worth it in the end. Hope all goes well for you.
