Upset tummy & diarreah after eating breakfast

Hi, my son who is 7 has been complaining of an upset tummy every mng for the past few weeks. Originally I put it down to the fact that he had thread worms a while back, in fact he has had thread worms a few times, always treated immediately I would like to stress.

I'm going to book a Doctors appointment for him today but wondered if anyone might have an idea why this is happening ? Could he be lactose intolerant or allergic to wheat? He has weetabix most mornings. Or could it be the thread worms ? ARghggh help!!!

Have you seen the GP yet? This definitely sounds worth getting checked out. It's not a good idea to start cutting things out of a child's diet without getting specific advice from a dietician, so I think GP is definitely the place to go.
