Whitehead spot- nappy rash? New mum pls help

Hi dd is a week old - she has a little whitehead spot at the top of her privates- don't think it is nappy rash as its like a single little spot. Has anyone else noticed similar? What could it be? Thanks

Ds had these on his face and we were told they were 'milk spots' and nothing to worry about - not sure if you can get them on your body, why not call your MW or HV?
