Hi can anyone help for the last two weeks my daughter 19 months keeps getting a red blotchy type rash mainly on face it almost blistering sometimes. It seems fine for few hours but can flare up anytime. I tooke her to docs last week who said it was just dry skin and eczema because of cold weather. She gave me aveeno cream which does help but it's not preventing it.
Her asthma has been bad also last 3 days . Just wandered if anyone had ny ideas ? Could it be an allergy ?
