8 yr old dd with Swollen Glands for over 3 months?

Hi, my daughter, aged 8 has had swollen glands all down one side, 4, 2 under the armpit, 1 behind the ear and one in the groin. She has had them for over 3 months now and the doctor says that it is normal - assuming she is well in herself. Is this right??? We are getting rather worried now.

My DS also aged 8 has had glands that have been up for years! The paediatrician wasn't at all worried...he did do blood tests which came back normal, but he said that the fact that he was well in himself is always a good sign!
