22mo DD suddenly with very dry skin patches...

I'm sure it's nothing more serious than having the central heating on in this weather, but can anyone recommend a good cream for babies? She does tend to come out in spots when she copies me and puts any of my moisturiser on.

Not cream but I can recommend Simple Baby all-in-one wash for bath time. Do you use bubble bath too? My DS has suffered with dry skin his whole life and once I stopped using bubble bath amd switched from Johnsons to Simple, he rarely gets dry patches.
