Hi all, our 3 year old just been diagnosed following battery of tests for what they originally thought was cerebellar ataxia following a virus. The sleep EEG confirmed the above diagnosis. There is not a lot on the web on this specific syndrome (lots of Lennox-Gastaud itself), particularly prognosis. I would really love any insight into this specific syndrome and also more broadly any feedback on Epilim (sodium valproate) vs some of the newer agents like lamotrogine. Many thanks.
