Shops which sell a Nosefrida in this country?

Does anyone know of an actual shop that sells a Nosefrida (rather than online?). My friend in the US has recommended it as the answer to my prayers (currently up half the night with DD propped up on me struggling to breathe). I am going to be in central London today, and thought I might have a look for one, as even the 2 or so days it takes to get it delivered seem too long right now!
I was always horrified when I used to see her using it on her DCs, but right now I would cheerfully do pretty much anything to get a few more hours sleep. Thanks!

Have never actually seen one in shops here but we got one from Amazon, you can pay for next day delivery

You can buy nasal aspirators in boots but not sure they sell nosefridas in particular.

Thanks! We got one in boots, but I can't get anything out... I can hear congestion but can't see it, either way, no snot. DD not too impressed either! Sigh, I thought this would be magic bullet that led to decent nights sleep.

If you find that magic bullet MsSampson pleeeeeeeease let me know!!! We're suffering here too.

Ha! The magic bullet appears to be staying with my parents. She always sleeps well here, and no bloody idea why! So frustrating.
