Help!!DS age 2 has eaten a 7 year old icing bootee. What's going to happen?

Just found DS age 2 happily eating the icing bootee from DD age 7 Christening cake. What can we expect?
Please help I'm really stressed.

I think sugar doesn't really go off...

He will be fine. Icing is nearly all sugar, it doesn't go off, and will not poison him, I promise
