Having a bit of a wobble, filling in forms for dd's operation

Not really sure what I'm asking tbh. She has got a facial skin tumour.
They are 99.99% sure its benign as she has no sign of any other symptoms, but once its removed they will send it off for testing. Its going to have to be done under a full general.

She is 19 months old.

I didn't want to read and scuttle off so just want to wish her luck and you x
