DD 3yrs has had a cough for about a week & has got rather smelly breath now.
Could it be a chest infection?

Anyone?
Wondering if I need to set the alarm extra early to take her to the docs?

Yes, illness in general can give you stinky breath. I would just check it out in case it's now a chest infection.

And I forgot to say tonsillitis.. Stinky breath.

Yes it could very well be a chest infection, smelly breath can be a sign of it, even without other symptoms such as temperature. Go to docs they will listen to chest then you will know for sure.

Could be a sinus infection or tonsilitis so would be worth a visit to the doctor especially with a persistent cough. Smelly breath is generally a sign of infection.
