Viral infection - to stay in or go out?

Hi ladies, some advice please?
1 yr old has been diagnosed with a viral infection this afternoon and is dosed up on calpol and nurofen. Obviously I will see how she is in the morning, but would you go to mother and toddler group?
Thanks

No I wouldn't as virus could be easily passed to others meaning other unwell children.

Stay home snuggled on the sofa

Would depend on how well the child is - snotty noses are caused viruses. If kid is well in itself, no point staying at home. If it's unwell and dosed up to the eyeballs, probably no point in dragging it to the toddler group.

She is happy and chirpy this morning and eating well. I think I might risk it. Dr said I could go out and I have an over active 3 yr old to keep entertained too!
