Abdominal discomfort in 10 month old - any ideas?

Our 10 month old DD has had a cold and developed a temperature at the weekend. Since then her temp is back to normal, but she has gone from being very active (sitting up; crawling; pulling herself up) to just lying down and being very lethargic and sleepy. She seems uncomfortable sitting and cries when you lift her legs to her tummy to change her nappy. We've been to the GP with her twice in the last 5 days and they just tell us to come back if there's no improvement. We're going to take her back to the GP again tomorrow, but does anyone have any idea on what this might be??

Hi snowgirl.
I have nothing useful to say but I hope your dd is feeling better now.

Thinking outside just these symptoms:

Does she cry when she pees? If so, that could be a urinary tract infection.

Or constipation? Don:t be fooled by runny poo, either, as hard poo can cause a plug, but let runny stuff past.
