2.4 years temprature 39.4 but body is cold. What should I do plz help

She did vomiting twice and doing lose motions. I gave her calpol and ibrufen. But she's feeling this condition every 4/5 hours.

Please help what should I do. Can't see GP. IT'S Sunday

No one can really help over the internet, as we cant see your daughter.
You need professional advice. The will get a doctor to ring you back.

yes ring nhs direct or your out of hours number, actually the out of hours service is usually better in my experience
the number may be on your GP surgery website or their phone line
