On monday Dd had eye pain flashes and loss of vision so off we went to eye casualty she was seen on Monday Tuesday and Friday and has had field vision tests eye tests and several doctors check her eyes. However so far no cause has been found and dd hast lost half her vision in her right eye.
She has got uveitis but no inflammation at the minute. I'm just so worried it is permanent :(

She see's a consultant for her uveitis and has been referred for a test where they put electrodes on her head and measure her vision that way Sad but do far the only answers we have got is that it could be growing pains in her eye Sad

I'll try and find KatyMac - she may have some good advice for you. Might have to stalk the boards for you though.

I was going to suggest putting a shout out for katymac.

IIRC her dd lost most if not all of her vision for a substantial period of time.

I've managed to stalk her (used the search facility), and have PM'd her. Hopefully she will see the PM at some point soon.

Yep, Haunted. My first thought was that KatyMac might be better placed to help the OP.

HauntedLittleLunatic · 17/09/2012 07:31

Ha I just pm'd too!
