Discovered my Dd2 has tooth decay in 2 of her back teeth, is going to need 2 fillings, I feel so ashamed that I have let this happen as she's only 3.5yo
I brush her teeth in the morning although I will make sure to do it in the evenings now too
But going forward what are the best sugar free or low sugar snacks to give her?
She doesn't like veg so carrot sticks etc are a no go,
Any advice or suggestions will be greatly appreciated
TIA

Cheese, wholemeal crackers, toast, breadsticks?

Rice cakes, yoghurt, nuts (supervised!)

Yes toast is good she loves that, and breadsticks, we've never tried wholemeal crackers although she does like white crackers
