One of DD's eyelids always puffs up more than the other - should I get it checked?

I have a bit of health anxiety when it comes to DD (major ops as baby to fix birth defect). I've noticed for quite a while now that one of DD's bottom eyelids can look puffier than the other. I mentioned it to opt in December who shrugged it off. I've left it as I don't like to rush her to Drs a the the slightest thing because of being a worrier!!!). I noticed today that the corner of that eye is more bloodshot that the other (only in the corner though). No discharge from the eyes, she seems fine, no complaints etc. Is this normal or should I take her back to the ops do you think?
