DS screaming in pain every time he wees

He's had pain when he wees for a few months. Finally saw a consultant last week and diagnosed with BXO and needs a circumcision to deal with it. Yesterday is got dramatically worse and he is now screaming with pain and convulsing with pain when he wees.

We are apparently on the waiting list, but don't even have a date yet. I don't think I can do one more day of holding him while he screams in pain.

I have emailed the consutant's secretary and will start calling on Monday morning. Ay other ideas about what I should do or what I should be asking for?

Can you afford to go private?

Has he picked up an infection too?

A&E

if he's in that much pain he needs to be checked out, it might well be an infection that needs treating, or if not better painkillers

poor thing :(

I think it sounds like he has an infection - OOH doc at the very least or A&E if he really is in that much pain.
