DD (4 months) getting recurrent thrush. How do I get it to stay away?

DD just keeps getting oral thrush and it is driving me loopy. Everytime I think it's gone it reappears and causes mayhem with dd's nursing making her all fussy and fed up.

I am using the gel stuff on it and sterilising her dummies everyday. What else should I be doing to get rid of it for good this time?
