Ds is 14 months. He's had a wee bit of a cold the past few days, but nothing else out of the ordinary.

Last night he was sick in his bed. He didn't cry and although Dh checked on him we didn't notice til this morning.

This morning he had been his normal self. Bf as normal at 6:55, breakfast of shreddies at 7:45, played happily, showered, then puked up his entire breakfast at 8:40.

He then had some water which came back up 10mins later.

Other than that he is farting quite a lot.

Is there anything I should be doing? At what stage would I start to worry properly?

He's the kind of child who puts everything in his mouth,.if that's relevant.

So long as he's still having wet nappies and is ok then don't worry.

No wet nappies for 6+ hours / lethargic / non responsive fver / rash then you could call GP.

Sounds like a mild stomach bug. There may be diarrhoea later. No need to worry if he is happy in himself, alert and still producing wet nappies. Keep offering fluid but it is best to stay away from dairy, and if he seems hungry it is OK to let him eat little amounts. Keep him away from nursery/social groups for 48 hours after the last occurrence.

Thank you :)

He has never been a sicky baby, other than occasional mouthfuls of bm, so this worried me a wee bit.

My mum didn't help by suggesting he might have swallowed a coin or something!
