DS fell off a climbing frame yesterday and has a huge bruise in his groin.

I didnt see it last night in the bath and it doesnt seem to have bothered him, but its in the crease and around his testicles, should I take him to the nurse to get it checked out? he is 7.

Personally I wouldn't buy I can be a bit slack about taking my kids to the doctor
At 7 he is old enough to be able to tell you if it is troubling him, maybe ask him here and there if anything is sore.

tbh, he is like me and bruises like a peach! He trotted off to school quite happily this morning, and I told his teacher (he has PE today) just in case. he's a clumsy bugger though
