Confused - temp says 36.2 but she feels hot?!?

Dd has a temp of 35.2 but feels like she's got a raging temp. She off her food today but was tge same yesterday. I've given nurofen and it does make her better but what is it and why isn't it showing, I've also used mums and tge temp is tge same Confused

35.2 or 36.2? If 35.2 and shes unwell Id call the doc as it can be a sign of infection. if 36.2 i wouldnt worry.

Is it an in ear thermometer? I find if you don't get the positioning spot n then a low read follows. I use the Braun one, but have had low 36 readings Henson ts been closer to 38 in real terms.

Yes both are in ear ones....36.3, am aware 35 and below is very dangerous.

As soon as nurofen wears off she's back to boiling and withdrawn /sorry for herself.

Hopefully it will go as quick as it came, thanks.
