Eczema patches on DDs private parts

They're especially around her anus. Can I use 1% hydrocortisone cream down there?

i would check with a dr tbh as the skin is thinner there and more sensitive, for a short time and a very small amount probably ok, but i would be going to the drs to get their opinion.

i have eczema and have never had to use cream there, i would be inclined to make sure she is washed/bathed and dried thoroughly to keep the area clean and see the gp :)
