hi there ive just joined this today....hope someone can help me
my 2 year old little boy over the past few days is very windy...with a smelly almost like sick creamy coloured poos....its sometimes really runny and other times abit more solid...
hes eating and drinking fine and doesnt seem to be out ov the ordinary in his behaviour.....any ideas anyone as its starting to worry me now....
