ds2 is 13 so not sure if it would be an adult or child dose but i want to try him on fish oils as he has problems concentrating and stressing out etc

he also has some sensory issues , cant take tablets , wont drink fizzy drinks or anything that tastes funny.
have tried eye q smooth and failed , tried it myself and it was indeed vile (despite proclaiming to be non fishy and pleasent tasting!)

can anyone tell me which may be a winner ?
thanks.

When you say fish oil, is it the omega complex stuff you're trying to get in?

You don't need fish oil for that - there is a range that are plant-based, although they come in capsules. I don't know what they taste like outside the capsules but it would be easy enough to split the capsule and pour the liquid onto a food or something like that.

I'm vegetarian, and take these: Vertese Omega Oils 3-6-9 500mg 60 Capsules

I give my DD (4) the Bassetts soft & chewy ones, she loves them! They only have a small dose of Omega in them though, but I've noticed a difference after about two months?

try putting omega oil/capsules in the fridge - it helps take the taste away

I give my 2 year old higher natures Smart start, she seems to like the taste:
