My 4 yr old ds2 fell 8ft now his foot is turning out

Last week and took him to minor injuries as he seemed ok and they said he was ok but may have bruising. Been fine but at his swimming lesson today his teacher said that his left foot is turning completely out 90' when on front and kicking them. Ds2 doesn't seem to be in pain so don't know if linked or if I should be concerned. Instructor said only other child with similar has hip problems.

It may be unrelated to the fall, so even if that has been checked out it may still be worth seeing the GP about this.

Ds stepped off a 6" step when he was about 2yo and did something to the soft tissues and initially couldn't weight bare, then for a while was walking with his foot turned out. It sorted itself within a month though, and he had numerous x-rays on it to keep checking it.
