And her nipple is slightly darker brown where the lump is!! Hoping to see gp in the morn, but am realky hoping someone can help to calm me from thinking it's possible for a 6 month old to have breast cancer or such!!! Eek pls help :( xxx

I am not sure but I know that newborn baby girls can produce 'witches milk'. Therefore, I wonder if this is a blocked milk duct?

Interesting!! I know at new-born hormones can have a part to play with mini periods etc, So I was wondering if it was a "swollen" gland or something, but she's nearly 7 months now. That said I bf twice a day, but it Is on it's way out as have has 2 periods now and was on last week. could this be part of it, regarding hormone levels etc?! Xxx

Please don't worry! I know of several babies who've had this - pop to the doctor for your peace of mind but I promise you - it's nothing sinister Smile
