On and off vomiting & stomach pain - should I be more worried?

My DD (6) was feeling sickly in the car early Thursday morning after quite a long journey and was sick for the rest of morning and didn't eat anything for the rest of the day. She had a slightly raised temp (37.2) and brightened up in the afternoon. On Friday morning she woke crying in the early hours with a bad stomach pain in the middle of her tummy and was sick again several times during the morning. Again, she brightened up in the afternoon but ate nothing and just drank water. On Saturday she was absolutely fine again jumping around and back to her normal self. Her appetite wasn't quite back to normal but she did eat a small amount at lunch and dinner. So we thought that was then end of it - then she woke up this morning at 5am with the pain again in the middle of her tummy and vomiting every 15 minutes for nearly three hours ( nothing to bring up just the yellow bile stuff). Now she has a little pain in the middle of her tummy near her tummy button and a pain higher up (which I suspect is from retching) but she's running around again now??? She is always such a good patient so I'm not too worried just now but should I be?? any ideas

Me & DH have both had a bug with really awful stomach pain (like twisting) and vomiting. His started Thursday night and mine Friday afternoon. We are feeling better today (no more vomiting) but can't face eating much.

There is something doing the rounds.

What has her pooing been like? (Not poo troll!) Just wondering if constipation could be a factor?

Thanks Sabriel I hope it just is a bug that soon disappears. I thought it could be constipation too member but she's a little loose if anything but definitely not the runs!!! She's just eaten some toast and not been sick since this morn so fingers crossed its on its way out!!

Just when I thought DD had turned a corner she's woken up this morning with a noisy phlemy cough which makes her tummy hurt and she is bright red all over with a raised rash!! Slight temp again and no appetite. Any ideas anyone???

Scarletina? I'd get her to a medic, just to be sure.
